Office 365 TCO Calculator - Document Management Systems

The Microsoft Office 365 Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) Tool helps you analyze the costs of migrating to Office 365 online services. You can also use this tool to analyze the cost of deploying Microsoft 2010-version on-premises solutions. You can also create a comparison of the costs of these two deployment options.

The tool contains default values based on deployment by early adaptors of Office 365 online and 2010 on-premises solutions. You can complete the fields on the Start page to conduct a quick, high-level business impact analysis in a few minutes, or you can complete all sections to create a detailed analysis.

The tool consists of the following sections: Start, Inputs, and Results.
